Pete White is a leadership and wellbeing specialist with a background like no other. After nine years in the RAF, Pete’s own battle with PTSD led him to forge a new path—one that’s seen him spend the last seven years working across corporate wellbeing, mental health training, and leadership development.

He’s published four books, including three children’s titles that teach emotional awareness in ways kids actually understand, and he’s an accomplished speaker who has addressed tens of thousands of people across the UK.

From suicide prevention and men's mental health to emotional resilience and veteran welfare—his TEDx talk and keynote appearances leave lasting impact by blending story, science, and honesty. But don’t expect a corporate seminar in disguise.

Pete’s approach ditches the ‘death by slides’ model in favour of something more human. Every session is shaped by the people in the room—relaxed, interactive, and grounded in real-world needs.

Drawing on advanced knowledge of psychology, coaching, and organisational dynamics, Pete brings an unmatched ability to connect, challenge, and energise. Whether he’s training managers, guiding peer support leads, or helping leadership teams shape culture through action, Pete’s ethos is simple: give people what they actually need, not just what’s in the workbook.

Andy Bradley is a personal performance expert and former senior corporate leader with a background in high-pressure environments and operational management.

With over 15 years’ experience of leading large teams and navigating the demands of corporate life, Andy understands exactly how performance, wellbeing, and leadership interact in the real world—not just on paper.

After burning out in a role that looked great on the outside but was slowly breaking him down, Andy refocussed on performance coaching, men’s mental health, and workplace wellbeing.

Now, he specialises in helping individuals and teams perform better with their health and values intact, building the habits, systems, and mindset needed to truly sustain success.

Andy’s strength lies in making complex personal development simple, actionable, and tailored. Whether he’s coaching 1:1 or facilitating the award-winning Navigator programme for male leaders, his style is warm, clear, and rooted in real experience.

He helps people step into ownership, stop self-sabotaging, and get out of their own way to stop surviving and start thriving on their own terms.

Fran Bradley is a strategist, trainer, and serial entrepreneur with two decades of lived business experience across e-commerce, product, and consultancy. From building multiple six-figure businesses across multiple platforms to building a physical training centre and high-performance coaching business, Fran’s strength lies in turning messy businesses (and overwhelmed people) into focused, profitable, sustainable systems.

Her background spans everything from creative manufacturing and rapid scaling to leadership, secondary income stream development, and strategic growth… and her coaching approach reflects that breadth of lived experience.

She specialises in helping business owners, leaders and teams get clear on what really matters, then build around it: cutting out noise, stress and inefficiency in favour of clarity, ownership, and results.

What sets Fran apart is her ability to join the dots and see the opportunities others miss.

Fran brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience. She helps people cut through complexity, make smarter decisions faster, and build systems they can actually stick to... so momentum (and morale) doesn’t drop the moment the training ends.

The training transformed my leadership skills, making me more confident and effective in my role.

Incredible experience! The team’s insights on interpersonal skills were invaluable for my personal growth.
